§ 2611. Other court matters\n 1. Each surrogate may establish and organize within the court such\ndepartments and divisions as deemed necessary and advisable to\neffectively perform the various phases of work of the court including\naccounting, administration, adoption, guardianship, law, probate,\nspecial proceedings and such other departments and divisions as serve\nthe needs of the court.\n 2. Each surrogate may assign, reassign and change at pleasure the\npersonnel of the court to one or more departments or divisions of the\ncourt and specify the duties and responsibilities of all court\npersonnel.\n 3. The court may have such auxiliary services as will serve its\npurpose and are within its authorized appropriation or otherwise made\navailable to it and may utilize the auxiliary services and agencies\navailable to any court of record.\n
