§ 1203. General bond\n  Except in the counties of Erie, Monroe and Onondaga the person so\nappointed shall execute a bond with sureties to be approved by the court\nto the county in a penal sum to be fixed by the board of supervisors on\nrecommendation of the court and conditioned for the faithful discharge\nof the duties of his office and that he will fully and correctly account\nfor and pay over all moneys and property which may come into his hands\nas public administrator according to law, which bond shall be filed with\nthe clerk of the county and the premium thereon shall be a county\ncharge. The bond in the counties of Erie, Monroe and Onondaga shall be\nin a penal sum fixed by the court and the premium shall be borne\npersonally by the public administrator.\n
