§ 1122. Delivery of estate assets to fiduciary; expenses, costs and\n commissions\n When the public administrator has been superseded he shall account and\ndeliver to the fiduciary superseding him all the personal property\nbelonging to the estate which he has in his possession or control after\ndeducting his expenses, costs and commissions as provided by law.\n
