§ 1119. Notice to consuls\n When the estate is that of a noncitizen it shall be the duty of the\npublic administrator when making application for letters to mail a\nnotice to the consular representative of the nation of which the\ndecedent was a citizen or subject if any there be in the city of New\nYork.\n
