§ 200. Reimbursement of supplemental pension fund by the state.  The\ncomptroller shall include with his budget estimate furnished to the\ngovernor for each fiscal year amounts estimated by him to be sufficient\nto reimburse the supplemental pension fund for:\n  a. The cost of providing supplemental retirement allowance payments\nduring the current fiscal year to all state retired employees, except\nthose who retired from service with a participating employer of the New\nYork state employees' retirement system, as defined by subdivision\ntwenty of section two of the retirement and social security law, and\n  b. The state's pro rata share of the cost of providing supplemental\nretirement allowance payments during the current fiscal year to state\nretired teachers, such pro rata share to be determined as provided in\nsection one hundred ninety-eight of this article. The commissioner of\neducation shall furnish the comptroller with such information and data\nas the comptroller may need to prepare such estimate.\n
