§ 135. Contributions by the state.  1. On the certificate of the\ncomptroller, or his designee, and after audit by and upon the warrant of\nthe comptroller, there shall be paid into the contribution fund from\ntime to time from moneys appropriated therefor, contributions with\nrespect to wages of employees of the state covered under the agreement\nwith the federal secretary entered into pursuant to section one hundred\nthirty-three of this chapter equal to the amount of the tax which would\nbe imposed by section thirty-one hundred eleven of the federal insurance\ncontributions act, if the services covered by such agreement constituted\nemployment within the meaning of that act.\n  2. There shall be included in the budget estimate of the state agency\nfurnished to the division of the budget an estimate of the amount\nnecessary to be appropriated for the ensuing fiscal year of the state to\nmeet payments to the contribution fund required during such fiscal year\npursuant to subdivision one of this section.\n
