§ 1322. Benefit enhancements. Notwithstanding any other law to the\ncontrary, eligible employees shall be eligible to receive benefits\nspecified by the mayor of the city of New York, provided that the\npetition provided pursuant to subdivision c of section thirteen hundred\ntwenty-one of this article requested the election of such benefits.\n
