§ 737. Rules of practice and procedure. The chief administrator of the\ncourts shall adopt such rules of practice and procedure, not\ninconsistent herewith, as may be necessary to implement the small claims\nassessment review procedure hereby established. Such rules shall provide\nfor the scheduling of evening hearings where practicable, the\navailability of petition forms, and the procedures for the filing of\ndecision rendered by hearing officers pursuant to the provisions of this\ntitle.\n
