§ 2004. Preservation of rights of state. 2. This chapter shall not\naffect the manner or time of payment of amounts payable to the state by\ncertain counties on account of bonds issued for highway construction\npurposes pursuant to chapter four hundred sixty-nine of the laws of\nnineteen hundred six, as amended.\n
