§ 1428. Notice of receipt of tax roll and warrant. 1. Upon receiving\nthe tax roll and warrant and on or before the first day of June or such\nother date as may be applicable pursuant to section 5-510 or section\n17-1729 of the village law, the treasurer shall cause to be published in\nthe official paper of the village, once a week for two successive weeks,\na notice that such tax roll and warrant have been left with him for the\ncollection of the taxes therein levied.\n 2. Such notice shall designate one or more convenient places in the\nvillage where he will receive taxes from the first day of June to and\nincluding the first day of July or such other dates as may be applicable\npursuant to section 5-510 or section 17-1729 of the village law, from\nnine o'clock in the morning until four o'clock in the afternoon,\nexcepting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.\n 3. Such notice shall contain a statement of the interest required to\nbe added by section fourteen hundred thirty-two of this chapter.\n
