§ 446-d. Display of license and business sign. 1. A license issued\nhereunder shall be conspicuously displayed at all times by the apartment\ninformation vendor at the place of business for which it was granted.\n  2. The secretary shall be notified in writing at his or her office in\nAlbany of any change of a licensee's business address or name, and the\nsecretary shall issue a license for the unexpired term, upon return of\nthe original license. A licensee who fails to notify the secretary of\nany change in business address or name within ten days shall forfeit his\nor her license.\n
