Duration of certain agreements in New York

§ 232. Duration of certain agreements in New York. An agreement for\nthe occupation of real estate in the city of New York, which shall not\nparticularly specify the duration of the occupation, shall be deemed to\ncontinue until the first day of October next after the possession\ncommences under the agreement.\n
