§ 917. Interlocutory judgment directing partition in common. Where\ntwo or more parties desire to enjoy their shares in common with each\nother, the interlocutory judgment may direct partition to be so made as\nto set off to them their shares of the real property partitioned,\nwithout partition as between themselves, to be held by them in common.\n
