Destruction of abandoned dwellings

§ 1971-a. Destruction of abandoned dwellings. "Destruction of an\nabandoned dwelling" occurs when a person, having no right to do so or\npermission of the department or the owner to take, remove or otherwise\ndamage the fixtures or the structure of the building, nor any reasonable\nground to believe that he has such right or permission, intentionally\nremoves or damages any fixture or part of the structure of a building\nwhich has been certified as abandoned in accordance with the provisions\nof section nineteen hundred seventy-one of this chapter.\n
