§ 1751. Sale contrary to will or conveyance prohibited. Real property,\nor an interest in real property, shall not be disposed of, as prescribed\nin this article, contrary to the provisions of a will by which it was\ndevised, or of a conveyance or other instrument by which it was\ntransferred, to the infant, incompetent person or conservatee.\n
