§ 1093. Collusive recovery not to prejudice infant. Where a widow, not\nhaving a right to dower, recovers dower against an infant, by the\ndefault or collusion of his guardian, the infant shall not be prejudiced\nthereby; but when he comes of full age, he may bring an action of\nejectment against the widow, to recover the property so wrongfully\nawarded for dower, with damages from the time when she entered into\npossession, although that is more than six years before the commencement\nof the action.\n
