Changing date of annual corporate meetings

§ 56. Changing date of annual corporate meetings. An annual corporate\nmeeting of an incorporated church to which this article is applicable\nmay, by a majority vote of the duly qualified voters at such meeting,\nchange the date of its annual meeting thereafter. If such date as so\nchanged shall next thereafter occur less than six months after the\nannual meeting at which such change is made the next annual meeting\nshall be held one year from such next recurring date. For the purpose of\ndetermining the terms of office of trustees, the period of time elapsing\nbetween the date of the annual meeting at which such change is made and\nthe next annual meeting thereafter shall be reckoned as one year.\n
