§ 401. Incorporation of an unincorporated society. Any five members of\nan unincorporated religious society, who are of full age, may call a\nmeeting for the purpose of incorporating such society under this\narticle. The notice of such meeting shall be mailed at least fourteen\ndays prior to the date of the meeting. The notice shall state in\nsubstance that a meeting of the unincorporated society will be held at a\nspecified place, day and hour for the purpose of incorporating the\nsociety, electing trustees and selecting a corporate name.\n
