§ 508. Notice of public hearing. The hearing shall be held at a time\nand place appointed by the commissioner who shall give notice of such\nhearing by publication in a newspaper, designated by him, published or\ncirculated in the municipality or county wherein the property is\nlocated, at least ten days prior to such hearing. Where a municipality\npublishes an official daily publication, notice of hearing shall be\npublished only in such official publication. A duly certified copy of\nsuch certificate shall be conclusive evidence as to the matters lawfully\ncertified therein in any proceeding to acquire property, or any part\nthereof, set forth in such certificate.\n
