§ 1009. Annual report. The commissioner shall, on or before December\nthirty-first in each year submit a report to the legislature on the\nimplementation of this article. Such report shall include, but not be\nlimited to, for each company receiving payments under this article: a\ndescription of such company's contract amount and cumulative total; the\nspecific housing and community preservation activities in rural areas\nperformed by such company; the findings required by the commissioner\nunder subdivision two of section one thousand three of this article; the\namounts of monies received by the company from sources other than\npayments made pursuant to this article; the value of services rendered\nfor the benefit of the company for which payment is not required to be\nmade; and such other information as the commissioner deems appropriate.\n
