§ 1308. Reports and recommendations. The commission shall carry on a\ncontinuous study of the operation and administration of casino control\nlaws which may be in effect in other jurisdictions, literature on this\nsubject which may from time to time become available, and federal laws\nwhich may affect the operation of casino gaming in this state. It shall\nbe responsible for ascertaining any defects in this article or in the\nrules and regulations issued thereunder, formulating recommendations for\nchanges in this article. The commission shall make available to the\ngovernor and the legislature within its annual report an accounting of\nall revenues, expenses and disbursements, a review of its licensing and\nenforcement activities conducted pursuant to section one thousand three\nhundred forty of this article and shall include therein such\nrecommendations for changes in this article as the commission deems\nnecessary or desirable.\n
