§ 1105. Withdrawal from the compact. Any party state may withdraw from\nthis compact by enacting a statute repealing this compact, but no such\nwithdrawal shall become effective until the head of the executive branch\nof the withdrawing state has given notice in writing of such withdrawal\nto the head of the executive branch of all other party states. If\nwithdrawals reduce participation in this compact to less than three\nparty states, this compact no longer shall be in effect until there are\nthree or more party states again participating in this compact.\n
