§ 60.11 Authorized dispositions; criminal possession of a weapon in the\n          fourth degree.\n  When a person is to be sentenced upon a conviction of the crime of\ncriminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree as defined in\nsubdivision one of section 265.01 as a result of a plea of guilty\nentered in satisfaction of an indictment or count thereof charging the\ndefendant with the class D violent felony offense of criminal possession\nof a weapon in the third degree as defined in subdivision four of\nsection 265.02, the court must sentence the defendant in accordance with\nthe provisions of section 70.15.\n
