Aggravated unpermitted use of indoor pyrotechnics in the first degree

§ 405.18 Aggravated unpermitted use of indoor pyrotechnics in the first\n           degree.\n  A person is guilty of aggravated unpermitted use of indoor\npyrotechnics in the first degree when he or she commits the crime of\nunpermitted use of indoor pyrotechnics in the second degree, as defined\nin section 405.12 of this article, and, by means of igniting or\ndetonating such indoor pyrotechnics, he or she recklessly causes serious\nphysical injury or death to another person.\n  Aggravated unpermitted use of indoor pyrotechnics in the first degree\nis a class D felony.\n
