§ 225.60 Gaming fraud in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of gaming fraud in the first degree when he or she\ncommits a gaming fraud in the second degree, and:\n 1. The value of the benefit obtained exceeds one thousand dollars; or\n 2. He or she has been previously convicted within the preceding five\nyears of any offense of which an essential element is the commission of\na gaming fraud.\n Gaming fraud in the first degree is a class E felony.\n
