* § 205.16 Absconding from temporary release in the second degree.\n A person is guilty of absconding from temporary release in the second\ndegree when having been released from confinement in a correctional\ninstitution or division for youth facility to participate in a program\nof work release, he intentionally fails to return to the institution or\nfacility of his confinement at or before the time prescribed for his\nreturn.\n Absconding from temporary release in the second degree is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n * NB Expires September 1, 2027\n
