§ 195.07 Obstructing governmental administration in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of obstructing governmental administration in the\nfirst degree when he commits the crime of obstructing governmental\nadministration in the second degree by means of interfering with a\ntelecommunications system thereby causing serious physical injury to\nanother person.\n Obstructing governmental administration in the first degree is a class\nE felony.\n
