§ 190.30 Unlawfully concealing a will.\n A person is guilty of unlawfully concealing a will when, with intent\nto defraud, he conceals, secretes, suppresses, mutilates or destroys a\nwill, codicil or other testamentary instrument.\n Unlawfully concealing a will is a class E felony.\n
