§ 178.25 Criminal diversion of prescription medications and\n prescriptions in the first degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal diversion of prescription medications\nand prescriptions in the first degree when he or she commits a criminal\ndiversion act, and the value of the benefit exchanged is in excess of\nfifty thousand dollars.\n Criminal diversion of prescription medications and prescriptions in\nthe first degree is a class C felony.\n
