§ 165.52 Criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree.\n  A person is guilty of criminal possession of stolen property in the\nsecond degree when he knowingly possesses stolen property, with intent\nto benefit himself or a person other than an owner thereof or to impede\nthe recovery by an owner thereof, and when the value of the property\nexceeds fifty thousand dollars.\n  Criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree is a class\nC felony.\n
