§ 158.45 Criminal possession of public benefit cards in the second\n degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal possession of public benefit cards in\nthe second degree when he or she with intent to defraud, deceive or\ninjure another, knowingly possesses ten or more public benefit cards in\na name or names other than the person's own name.\n Criminal possession of public benefit cards in the second degree is a\nclass D felony.\n
