§ 145.14 Criminal tampering in the third degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal tampering in the third degree when,\nhaving no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he\nhas such right, he tampers with property of another person with intent\nto cause substantial inconvenience to such person or to a third person.\n Criminal tampering in the third degree is a class B misdemeanor.\n
