§ 24. Successive actions. The same, or any other applicant, may, in\nlike manner, either before or after judgment in the first action, obtain\nan order, permitting him to maintain another action, in the same court,\nupon the same bond or undertaking, for another default or misconduct.\nAny number of such orders may be successively made; and neither of the\nactions authorized thereby is affected by the pendency of, or the\nrecovery of judgment in, any other, except as otherwise expressly\nprescribed in this article.\n
