§ 801. Organization; executive director. The council may organize into\nsuch organizational units as the members determine to be necessary. The\nchairman shall appoint an executive director for the council. The\ndepartment and any institute created by this chapter are authorized to\nsupply such staff and services to the council as may be necessary for\nthe council to fulfill its functions under this article.\n
