§ 403-b. The New York state home for veterans in the city of New York.\nThere is hereby established in the city of New York a New York state\nhome for veterans. Such home for veterans shall be subject to the\nprovisions of this article except when such provisions are inconsistent\nwith the provisions of article twenty-six-A of this chapter.\n
