§ 3618. Continuation of existing home health agencies. Any home health\nagency which, on March thirty-first, nineteen hundred seventy-eight,\npossessed a valid certificate of approval issued under the provisions of\narticle twenty-eight of this chapter shall be deemed a certified home\nhealth agency and such certificate of approval shall be deemed valid\nunder the provisions of this article.\n
