§ 3553. Fees. All monies collected by the department pursuant to\nsections thirty-five hundred fifty-one and thirty-five hundred\nfifty-four of this article shall be deposited into the ultraviolet\nradiation devices program account within the special revenue\nfund--other, which is hereby established. Monies in such account may be\nused to offset costs to the state of registering, inspecting and\nregulating tanning facilities.\n
