* § 3366. Reports by registered organizations. 1. The commissioner\nshall, by regulation, require each registered organization to file\nreports by the registered organization during a particular period. The\ncommissioner shall determine the information to be reported and the\nforms, time, and manner of the reporting.\n  2. The commissioner shall, by regulation, require each registered\norganization to adopt and maintain security, tracking, record keeping,\nrecord retention and surveillance systems, relating to all medical\nmarihuana at every stage of acquiring, possession, manufacture, sale,\ndelivery, transporting, distributing, or dispensing by the registered\norganization, subject to regulations of the commissioner.\n  * NB Repealed July 5, 2028 and Repealed 6 months after the full\ncannabis control board created by Article 2 of the cannabis law has been\nappointed\n
