§ 2132. Reporting of HIV infection after death. If a coroner,\npathologist, medical examiner, or other person qualified to conduct an\nexamination of a deceased person discovers that at the time of death the\nindividual was afflicted with AIDS, HIV related illness or HIV\ninfection, he or she shall report the case promptly to the commissioner\naccording to the manner provided in this title as if the diagnosis had\nbeen established prior to death.\n
