§ 1403. Designation of secretary of state as agent for serving\nprocess. Every children's camp, operator and owner of such camp shall\nbe deemed to have designated the secretary of state of the state of New\nYork for service of process. Service shall be made by delivering the\nsummons to the secretary of state or his designated representative at an\noffice of the secretary of state within the state.\n
