* § 615. Vacated units. If an assisted family vacates a dwelling unit\nfor which rental assistance is provided under a housing assistance\npayment contract before the expiration of the term of the lease for the\nunit, rental assistance pursuant to such contract may not be provided\nfor the unit after the month during which the unit was vacated.\n * NB Expires May 1, 2030\n
