§ 56. Authorities created prior to the enactment of this chapter. Any\nauthority created prior to the enactment of this chapter pursuant to the\nprovisions of the municipal housing authorities law shall continue, as\nnow constituted, in existence as an authority under the provisions of\nthis chapter.\n
