§ 876. Definitions. As used in this title, unless a different meaning\nclearly appears from the context:\n  1. The term "district" shall mean the Genesee Valley Regional Market\nDistrict created by section eight hundred seventy-seven of this title.\n  2. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\neight hundred seventy-eight of this title.\n  3. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority.\n  4. The term "bonds" shall mean bonds issued by the authority pursuant\nto this title.\n  5. The term "municipality" shall mean a county, city, town or village.\n  6. The term "county" shall mean a county wholly or partly within the\ndistrict.\n  7. The term "regional market facility" shall mean a place operated as\na regional wholesale market primarily for perishable agricultural\ncommodities, including the land, buildings, fixtures, equipment and\nother appurtenances necessary or incidental thereto, constituting a\nsingle integrated market for the district and which serves as the major\nsource of supply of such commodities for a large consuming area.\n  8. The clause "all that territory in Wayne county lying west of the\nnew pre-emption line" shall include the towns of Arcadia, Lyons,\nMacedon, Marion, Ontario, Palmyra, Sodus, Walworth and Williamson and\nthe clause "that territory in Wayne county lying east of the new\npre-emption line" shall include all the other towns in Wayne county.\n
