Continuance of rules and regulations

§ 3164. Continuance of rules and regulations. Upon the transfer\npursuant to section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title of the\nfunctions and powers possessed by and all the obligations and duties of\nthe New York state office of science, technology and academic research\nas established pursuant to article ten-B of the executive law transfer\nto the foundation as prescribed by section thirty-one hundred fifty-six\nof this title, all rules, regulations, acts, determinations and\ndecisions of the New York state office of science, technology and\nacademic research, pertaining to the functions transferred and assigned\nby this title to the foundation in force at the time of such transfer,\nassignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in force and effect\nas rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the\nfoundation until duly modified or repealed.\n
