New York Public Authorities Code § 3032

* § 3032. Definitions. As used in this title, the following words and\nterms shall have the following meanings unless the context shall\nindicate another or different meaning or intent:\n  1. "Corporation" means the corporate governmental agency created by\nsection three thousand thirty-three of this chapter.\n  2. "City" means the city of New York.\n  3. "Mayor" means the mayor of the city of New York.\n  4. "City comptroller" means the comptroller of the city of New York.\n  5. "City budget director" means the director of management and budget\nof the city of New York.\n  6. "Short-term obligations" means tax anticipation notes, revenue\nanticipation notes, bond anticipation notes, budget notes and urban\nrenewal notes.\n  * NB The corporation shall continue for a term ending the later of\nJuly 1, 2008 or one year after its liabilities have been fully paid and\ndischarged per § 3033 sub 1.\n
