§ 2799-qq. Equal employment opportunity program and procurement\nguidelines. 1. Notwithstanding any other inconsistent provision of law,\nsection 8-107 of the administrative code of the city of New York shall\napply to the activities of the authority.\n 2. The authority shall establish and implement guidelines for\nprocurement which include the matters set forth in paragraphs (c), (d)\nand (e) of subdivision three of section twenty-eight hundred\nseventy-nine of this chapter.\n
