§ 2798. Limited liability. Neither members, officers or employees of\nthe authority, nor any municipality, or an officer or employee thereof\nacting on behalf of the authority, shall be subject to any personal\nliability resulting from the construction, maintenance or operation of\nany of the properties of the authority or from carrying out any of the\npowers expressly given in this title provided, however, that this\nsection shall not be held to apply to any independent contractor.\n
