§ 2769. Interest in contracts prohibited. It shall be a misdemeanor\nfor any member, officer or employee of the authority to be in any way or\nmanner interested, directly or indirectly, in the furnishing of work,\nmaterials, supplies or labor, or in any contract therefor which the\nauthority is empowered by this title to make.\n
