Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 2676-x. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of the county charter or any local\nlaw, charter, ordinance or resolution of the county or another\nmunicipality, the provisions of this title shall be controlling. Nothing\ncontained in this section shall be held to supplement or otherwise\nexpand the powers or duties of the authority otherwise set forth in this\ntitle. Except as specifically provided for in this title, in the\nperformance of any of its functions, powers and duties, the authority\nshall be subject to all applicable general or special laws of the state,\nthe county charter, and any local law, ordinance or resolution of the\ncounty.\n
