§ 2672. Assistance by state officers, departments, boards and\ncommissions. The department of audit and control, department of law,\nand all other state officers, agencies, departments, boards, divisions\noffices, and commissions may render such services to the authority\nwithin their respective functions as may be requested by the authority.\n Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, the\ncommissioner of the office of general services is authorized to enter\ninto a contract, from time to time, on behalf of and in the name of the\nstate of New York, upon terms and conditions which are fair and\nequitable, for the conveyance of unappropriated state lands and lands\nunder water which the authority shall certify to be necessary or\ndesirable for the corporate purposes of the authority.\n
